We believe that holidays are meant to be spent with family. Chores & More is closed on the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas day and New Year's Day. We give our staff optional work days on Black Friday and some other holidays, and reserve the right to close on that day or any other holiday. If your cleaning falls on a holiday or closure, we will contact you prior to reschedule your service.

Our field hours vary from Monday through Friday, depending on our workload. Most of our technicians start between 8:30 and 9AM, but we will start as early as 7AM when requested. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. If you reach out to us outside of our office hours, we will contact you on the following business day.

We totally understand that life happens! If you need to postpone or cancel a service, simply try to let us know at least 48 hours in advance. All late cancellations are subject to our cancellation fee, as explained in our terms of service.

Psh, do you even know us? We're the pet people. We love dogs and cats and even reptiles. We do not require that you put your pet away during your service, but all clients with pets are subject to our pet policy, as detailed in our terms of service.

It depends! We strongly believe that solo cleaners are more efficient and overall better at getting to know you and your home. In order to maintain consistency, you will probably be paired up with a soloist, but sometimes teams will be scheduled for larger-scale jobs and initial cleans.

In order to make things easy for everyone, we accept credit card and ACH (bank transfer) payments. We require credit cards on file in order to book with us. You don't have to worry about a bank run, and we don't have to worry about losing checks 😅. It's truly a win-win!
