Welcome to Chore University's Trainer Certification Program! 🎓 Great Cleaning Technicians don't automatically become great Trainers—and that's exactly why this program exists! At Chores & More, our Trainers play an essential role in shaping the future of our team. They're responsible for teaching our cleaning systems, reinforcing our standards, building confidence, and helping new Cleaning Technicians develop the skills they need to succeed. This six-module certification program is designed to prepare you for that responsibility. Throughout the course, you'll learn about our training philosophy, the structure of our five-day Bootcamp, effective teaching and coaching techniques, daily Apprentice evaluations, providing constructive feedback, and successfully transitioning Apprentices into Rookie Week. You'll also learn what it means to lead by example, communicate effectively with management, and create a positive, supportive learning environment while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
