UNFAIR SOLICITATION AGREEMENT

Chores & More, LLC makes a significant investment in recruiting, vetting, training, and retaining highly qualified cleaning technicians. To protect this investment and maintain the integrity of our services, the following agreement applies:

 

During the term of service and for a period of one (1) year following termination of services, the client agrees not to directly or indirectly solicit, hire, or engage any current or former employee of Chores & More, LLC for private or independent services without the express written consent of Chores & More LLC.

 

In the event that a client wishes to hire a current or former Chores & More employee, a $5,000 referral fee must be paid to Chores & More, LLC prior to the start of any such arrangement.

 

Upon receipt of this fee, Chores & More will no longer be responsible for any aspect of the technician’s work, including but not limited to:

 

  • Liability coverage

  • Insurance

  • Scheduling

  • Quality assurance

  • Payroll and tax obligations

  • Supervision or management of services

 

The client acknowledges that hiring a technician outside of Chores & More without written consent and payment of the referral fee constitutes a breach of this agreement.

 

In the event of a breach, the client agrees to pay the full referral fee within 14 days of such violation. Failure to do so may result in Chores & More, LLC pursuing legal remedies, including but not limited to monetary damages, collection actions, and injunctive relief.

By hiring Chores & More, LLC, you agree to the aforementioned unfair solicitation agreement.
